Shipping & Returns

The Mercantile inside the Historic Wort Hotel gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund with-in 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt. If the original receipt is unavailable we will make an exchange. When returning merchandise include a detailed note and contact information for our records. We ask that you pay for shipping on returned/ exchanged merchandise.
